Return Process

  Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and choose your reason for the return or exchange.

  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure it passes our quality inspection.

  Schedule Pickup

  Select a convenient time slot for our international courier partners to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at a designated point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality assessment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
